The Phase II of the selection will consist of Group Discussion,Personal Interview,Group Activity & Written Communication Test. The Group Discussion will be based on a case study, which will be followed by personal interview. The Group Test would evaluate the soft skills required in a managerial position and the written communication would evaluate the ability to write concisely & coherently. Final Selection:The final selection of students will be based on the performance in Phase I and Phase II.The weightage will be as follows:SNAP Test-30%Group Discussion-25%Interviews-25%Written Communication-10%Group Test-10% As obvious,performance in the next round will determine whether you’ll make it to the final merit list or not..Make full use of the time available to you to prepare for the GD/PI…Do attend some Mock case-study based GD sessions to gain familiarity with them…Work on your basics for your PI which includes preparing for questions like Tell me something abt urself
