Earlier I posted the list of all essay topics that were given in XAT exams in last 9 years, from XAT 2000 to XAT 2008. The list has myriad of topics, ranging from politics to the abstract ones. Following list is my attempt to come up with some topics you may see in XAT 2009. These will at least give you an idea about what to expect.

• Are we really a free country? Aren’t we still slaves of black gold?
• Corruption is the price we pay for Democracy.
• With media publishing and telecasting trivia, censorship is the need of the hour.
• China and India are partners and not competitors
• Is India a Soft Nation?
• Who owns the Internet?
• Business ethics are no longer a luxury for corporate but a necessity?
• Year 2008 has shown us, that in sports we are moving in the right direction. But isn’t this time for us to move beyond cricket and start supporting other sports as well?
