Overall cutoff this year is 91+ and sectional cut offs are as follows,

• Language Skills : 13
• Quantitative Skills, Data Analysis & Sufficiency : 24
• Intelligence & Logical Reasoning : 18

As for your conversion chances you are good if you are in top 300 and with some work experience. For people in band 300 to 800, you have a good chance of landing up a management seat. Rest, miracles happens.
