SNAP 2009 : Analysis

SNAP 2009 was a little different from SNAP 2008. One it was easier and two there were more number of questions in SNAP 2008. Thats OK though because most of us would settle for a lengthier exam provided it is easier. With more questions and easier paper, you can expect cut offs to go little higher.

A score of 85 plus should put you in a good position but I have m doubts if that will guarantee any calls. In my view 95+ for both SIBM pune as well as SCMHRD should be a safe score. SIIB, should be good at any score above 80 and SIOM, not sure if I understand their short listing criteria. And to be honest when it comes to SIOM, I have my own biases.

Quant had focus on arithmetic and DI focussed more on Venn and Pie charts. Makes it easy eh? I  think end of the day, how you perfomed in GK section will decide if you make the cut or not. Best of luck, if you appeared for the exam. Keep reading.
