January is going to be a big month for all MBA aspirants aspiring to get into some B-school in 2010. XAT 2010, FMS 2010, NMAT  2010 and CAT 2009 retest are all lined up in month of January.

FMS has relesed the results for entrance exam held on 11th of January. Trust me, it is a miracle. Not only did they goofed up less this time, but they have also released the results in acceptable time. Amazing improvement. Seems, some of the people who are behind the process are attending MBA classes.

FMS 2009 redefined surprise. After a tougher exam season, you guys might have been hoping for an easier exam but FMS 2009 paper setters had something else in mind. Probably, buoyed by 50000 applicants they decided to set a tough paper. A tough paper and higher number of applicants means tighter cutoffs.

Congratulations FMS, for FMS 2009 was conducted in a far better way than FMS 2008. As of now it seems there were no errors in the paper ( at least not as much as in FMS 2008). The paper, was way tougher than previous year FMS exams. This one had far tougher quant than earlier exams, though there were a few easier ones here and there.

In what to expect:fms 2009, i talked about how FMS entrance exam has undergone minor changes over the years. Given the fact that FMS as an entrance exam is pretty stable , you can easily use available FMS sample papers for your practice.

FMS 2009 is scheduled on 25th of this month. With another 18 days to go, Its high time that we chart what has been happening in FMS in past few years. Here, we will try to figure out what might happen on the afternoon of 25th January.

With euphoria around JMET 2009 results settling down, its time to focus our energies on yet anoher upcoming exam sunday. This time exam will be for FMS or Faculty of Management Studies.
